GTS Controls & Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and single-source solutions provider for Industrial Burners & Combustion Systems, Energy Saving & Heat Recovery Systems, and Fuel & Process Skids. Established by Mr. Girish Shukla and headquartered in Thane, Maharashtra, GTS was founded with a vision to build reliable and high-performance combustion equipment tailored to the unique requirements of industrial processes. Through strategic technology partnerships with leading combustion companies in the UK, Germany, the USA and Japan, we bring globally proven and patented technologies to Indian industries by combining international expertise with local manufacturing excellence.

Supporting our engineering expertise is a modern 20,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Ambernath, Maharashtra, where industrial combustion systems are fabricated, assembled and integrated. Complementing our manufacturing capabilities is a dedicated R&D centre with a test furnace, where our engineering team validates combustion performance, evaluates system configurations and refines product designs under controlled conditions before deployment in industrial environments.

We design, manufacture, install and commission industrial burners and combustion systems for furnaces, annealing lines, dryers, ovens and incinerators.
