PRESSURE REDUCING & METERING SKIDS (PRMS) AND GAS MIXING SKIDS
GTS Controls & Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd. offers engineered Pressure Reducing and Metering Skids (PRMS) for safe and accurate control of industrial fuel and process gases. Each system is custom-engineered based on gas composition, flow capacity, inlet and outlet pressure, operating temperature, pressure regulation accuracy, metering requirements, area classification and applicable project standards.
Our skid packages can incorporate isolation, filtration, pressure reduction, safety shut-off, pressure relief, metering, instrumentation and PLC-based control within a compact, pre-assembled system.

Our PRMS solutions can include:
- •Single or multi-stage pressure reduction
- •Duty/standby pressure regulating stream
- •Gas filtration and separation
- •Slam-shut valves for over/under-pressure protection
- •Safety and pressure relief systems
- •Flow metering and totalization
- •Pressure and temperature instrumentation
- •Gas preheating systems, where required
- •PLC/HMI-based monitoring and control
- •Remote communication and plant DCS integration
- •Skid-mounted piping, valves and instrumentation
- •Factory testing, documentation and commissioning support
Gas Mixing Skids – Including HNx (N2 + H2)
In addition to PRMS packages, GTS can engineer and supply Gas Mixing Skids for applications requiring controlled mixing of two or more gases. Our solutions include HNx gas mixing systems for precise blending of Nitrogen (N2) and Hydrogen (H2) to achieve the required gas composition for controlled-atmosphere furnace and heat-treatment applications.
Depending on the application, Gas Mixing Skids can include individual gas pressure regulation, flow measurement and control, automatic ratio control, gas analyzers, safety interlocks, PLC/HMI control and continuous mixture monitoring.
Gases handled:
- •Natural Gas (NG)
- •LPG
- •SYN
- •Nitrogen (N2)
- •Hydrogen (H2)
- •HNx (N2 + H2)
- •Mixed and other compatible industrial gases

Codes, Standards & Compliance

Depending on the project requirements and applicability, systems can be engineered in accordance with:
- •PESO requirements
- •ASME standards
- •PED requirements
- •CE conformity requirements
- •ATEX requirements
- •Applicable IS and IEC standards
- •Customer-specific engineering standards and specifications
