The FC ‘Fume Cone’ Burner series has been developed specifically for fume incineration applications across a wide range of industrial processes. It is well suited for treating exhaust gases from paint solvent systems, eliminating smoke from curing ovens and other applications where effective fume destruction is essential for safe and efficient operation.

Built to withstand demanding operating conditions, the burner integrates a fuel nozzle and lance manufactured from high grade heat resistant stainless steel, while the combustion cone is produced from premium heat-resistant Inconel alloy. This combination of materials enhances durability, extends service life and ensures reliable performance even in high temperature environments.

The burner assembly is supplied as a complete package comprising the fuel nozzle, cone and lance assembly with an insulated mounting plate, gas valve train and control system for straightforward installation and dependable operation.

The insulated mounting plate is designed with features that simplify operation and maintenance. It includes a viewing window for flame observation, provision for an optional UV flame sensor, pressure testing points and cooling air connections. For added convenience, the spark electrode can be removed from the rear of the burner assembly to make routine inspection and servicing easier.

Featuring a nozzle mix combustion design with progressive air mixing, this burner delivers stable combustion over a wide operating range. Depending on the application and burner selection, it can achieve turndown ratios of up to 25:1 to provide excellent control while maintaining combustion efficiency across varying process demands.
