The RSP Burner is a pre-packaged, fan-assisted gas burner designed for industrial heating applications that utilize recirculated process air. It is commonly used in industrial ovens, dryers and similar systems where conventional combustion chambers cannot be incorporated into the plant design.

The burner is designed for installation in process air ducts with airflow velocities ranging from 5 to 30 m/s. It features an in-line PH type combustion head mounted on a side plate that fires in the direction of the airflow. This configuration makes the burner well suited for recirculation systems where installation space or equipment layout limits the use of conventional burner assemblies.

The RSP Burner is available in two output variants. The standard model delivers up to 300 kW per 300 mm section, while the RSP-HC model offers up to 600 kW per 300 mm section. Straight, T and X section burner heads are available to accommodate different equipment layouts and process requirements.

Combustion air is supplied by an external fan mounted on the side plate and directed to the burner head through an integral air duct. The burner is designed to accept upstream process air temperatures of up to 300°C, whereas downstream temperatures should be maintained within 450°C for reliable operation.

Its combustion system produces a broad flame pattern with short flame characteristics. This combination makes the burner an effective choice for installations where chamber length is limited but uniform heat distribution remains important.

Every RSP Burner is factory assembled, pre-fired and thoroughly tested before dispatch. This process confirms combustion performance and supports reliable operation once the burner is installed on site.
