The SP Burner is a pre-packaged, fan-assisted gas burner developed for applications where fresh air is heated from ambient conditions to the required process temperature. It is widely used in industrial spray booths, drying rooms and other process heating systems that require efficient air heating and reliable combustion.

Designed for installation in air ducts with airflow velocities between 5 and 30 m/s, the SP Burner features an in-line PH type combustion head mounted on a side plate. The burner fires in the direction of airflow, which promotes effective heat transfer and consistent process performance.

The burner is available in two output variants. The standard model delivers up to 300 kW per 300 mm section, while the high capacity variant offers up to 600 kW per 300 mm section. Straight, T and X section burner heads are available to suit different equipment layouts and installation requirements.

The standard SP Burner uses an integral combustion air fan mounted on the burner head within the process air duct. This arrangement supplies the combustion air required for stable burner operation. The SP-O open back variant operates without a combustion air fan and uses the process air to support combustion. The burner accepts upstream air temperatures of up to 40°C, while downstream temperatures can reach up to 450°C.

Its combustion system produces a broad flame pattern with short flame characteristics. This makes the SP Burner well suited for installations where chamber length is limited and uniform heat distribution is essential.

Every SP Burner is factory-assembled, pre-fired and thoroughly tested before dispatch. Its testing verifies combustion performance and supports dependable operation under industrial process conditions.
