The TF Burner is a packaged gas burner developed specifically for firing immersion tubes installed in liquid tanks. It is suitable for industrial heating applications that require efficient and dependable heat transfer through immersion tube systems.

This burner operates as a blown unit and does not require a suction exhaust fan on the immersion tube. The design simplifies installation, reduces system complexity and keeps maintenance requirements to a minimum.

The TF Burner incorporates the proven PC nozzle mix burner head and is designed for use with conventional immersion tubes having diameters of up to 300 mm and length-to-diameter ratios of up to 60:1. This configuration supports stable combustion and reliable thermal performance across a wide range of operating conditions.

Maintenance has been carefully considered during the design process. All major components can be serviced without removing the burner from its mounting flange. The removable rear panel provides convenient access to the gas nozzle, spark electrode and flame sensor. Routine inspection and servicing can therefore be completed quickly with minimal disruption.

Every TF Burner is factory assembled, pre-fired and thoroughly tested before dispatch. This quality assurance process verifies burner performance and supports safe as well as reliable operation in industrial applications.
