The TFR Burner is a packaged gas burner developed for firing immersion tubes installed in liquid tanks. It is particularly suited for applications that use small bore immersion tubes and require reliable combustion within compact tube dimensions.

As a blown burner, it operates without the need for a suction exhaust fan on the immersion tube. This configuration simplifies installation, reduces maintenance requirements and supports dependable day-to-day operation.

The TFR burner head has been specially engineered for small bore applications and is suitable for immersion tubes with diameters of up to 200 mm and length-to-diameter ratios of up to 140:1. Its design promotes efficient combustion while maintaining stable flame characteristics across the operating range.

The TFR Burner incorporates a split combustion cone head that introduces combustion air at three separate points. This arrangement promotes effective flame development and assists in cooling the combustion tubes during operation.

Routine servicing is straightforward. Major components can be removed without detaching the burner from its mounting flange. The rear access panel offers convenient access to the gas nozzle, spark electrode and flame sensor, making inspection and maintenance quicker and more efficient.

Every TFR Burner is factory assembled, pre-fired and thoroughly tested before dispatch. This process confirms burner performance before installation and supports reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.
