The TFR-HT Burner is a packaged gas burner developed for high temperature oven applications where conventional burners may not be suitable. It incorporates the proven PC nozzle mix burner head to deliver reliable combustion under demanding operating conditions.

The burner features a split combustion cone head that introduces combustion air into the flame at three separate points. This design assists in cooling the combustion tubes and produces a high burner exit velocity. It also supports excess air operation of up to 3000%, which makes the burner well suited for processes that require high velocity tempering air.

The TFR-HT Burner is intended for applications where elevated process temperatures exceed the operating range of standard PC burners. It is suitable for oven temperatures of up to 900°C and delivers stable combustion across a wide range of industrial heating processes.

Ease of maintenance has been incorporated into the burner's design. All major components can be removed without detaching the burner from its mounting flange. The removable rear panel provides direct access to the gas nozzle, spark electrode and flame sensor. This arrangement simplifies routine inspection and servicing.

Every TFR-HT Burner is factory assembled, pre-fired and thoroughly tested before dispatch. This process verifies combustion performance and supports safe and reliable operation from installation onwards.
